Stephen Colbert is in legal trouble for...being himself. After the CBS 'Late Show' host brought back his old character from 'The Colbert Report' using his own name to play a full of himself, clueless news host, the lawyers from 'The Colbert Report' said he could not be " Stephen Colbert" anymore. Colbert basically said I'll be who I want as he introduced " Stephen Colbert's identical cousin" who has the exact same mannerisms the old character had.
