Kendall Jenner is urging Millennials to vote in the presidential election. In a video produced by Independent Journal Review and Rock the Vote, her outfits change from flower child to grunge-era torn T-shirt and jeans, and then to a tailored business suit and heels. Jenner speaks of major elections in the Seventies, Nineties, in 2008 and 2012 where young people voted in large numbers.
