Jennifer Aniston could not contain her tears as a teenage fan at the Giffoni Film Festival in Italy asked if she ever woke up in the morning and didn't know who she was.
Jennifer confessed: "There are not enough fingers and toes in this entire room to count how many times that moment has happened to me."
Aniston then urged young people to take "social media breaks", suggesting the negative effects society's obsession with image can have to their general wellbeing.
