The autopsy report for Christina Grimmie has been completed and released. According to E! News the documents state that Grimmie's cause of death was a homicide from "gunshot wounds of the head and chest." The reports also detailed that the 22 year old singer's brother, Marcus, witnessed the shooting and identified her body. In early June, Grimmie was hosting a meet and greet for fans after her show in Orlando, Florida. At the event, she was approached by a male suspect who killed himself after shooting Grimmie.
