VIDEO : 'Bachelor' Star Decides Not to Run for Political Office

Former 'Bachelor' star Ben Higgins has decided not to run for political office in the state of Colorado. Higgins, who had previously told The Colorado Independent that he was seriously considering running for a seat in the state's House of Representatives, said in a statement this week that he's withdrawing his candidacy due to "unforeseen circumstances." The reality television star, who has been engaged to fiancee Lauren Bushnell since season 20 of The Bachelor ended, will next star in his own spinoff show, Ben & Lauren: Happily Ever After.
