Contrary to rumors and the wishful thinking of fans, actor Idris Elba hasn't been approached about playing James Bond. Elba has been one of the more widely talked-about potential candidates ito take over the role from actor Daniel Craig. Unfortunately for the fans who strongly support Elba?s casting, it doesn?t seem likely to happen. Not only hasn't Elba been approached, he has hinted that he might not even want the role, saying "If I?m really honest man, I think I?m too old for that. Running around in cars and ladies and martinis, who wants to do that? Sounds terrible.?
