One would never know that celebrity mom of two Zoe Saldana struggles with anything that can hold her back but, the Star Trek Beyond actress recently admits, she does. In an interview with The Edit magazine Saldana opened up about her autoimmune disease Hashimoto's thyroiditis. She explains, "Your body doesn't have the energy it needs to filter toxins, causing it to believe that it has an infection, so it's always inflamed." Since learning of this disease, Saldana and her husband Marco Perego along with their two twin boys eat gluten and dairy free at home now. Saldana adds, "All of a sudden it hits you...it's from night to day."
