Actress Hayden Panettiere is claiming her dog sitter gave away her pets. The Nashville actress has hit back at dog sitter Tia Brooks, who filed a lawsuit against the 26-year-old star seeking over $8,500 for unpaid services. A letter from Panettiere's attorney, Marty Singer, accuses Brooks of getting rid of rescue dogs Zander, a Rottweiler/Labrador mix and Xena, a Pit Bull/Labrador mix, while continuing to charge for Panettiere for services. Panettiere has 20-month-old daughter Kaya with her fiancé Wladamir Klitschko.
