VIDEO : Captain America Turns 75

Captain America is celebrating his 75th anniversary this year. The patriotic Marvel Comics hero was created in 1941 by Jack Kirby and Joe Simon. Marvel is marking the occasion by using San Diego Comic-Con to unveil a special tribute - a 13-foot-tall bronze Captain America statue! The statue will be hitting the road after Comic-Con, through a truck to the character's hometown in Brooklyln, New York. It will then stand proudly there for a two-week installation in Prospect Park.
