Oscar-winner and former American Idol star Jennifer Hudson has signed on to be in Adam Sandler's latest Netflix movie called Sandy Wexler. The film is set in the 90s and stars Sandler as the title character. Wexler is Los Angeles talent manager who falls in love with his latest client Courtney Clarke, played by Hudson. The film will begin shooting on August 2nd and is part of Sandler's four-movie deal with Netflix. It will premiere in all Netflix territories in 2017.
