Rock band Queen say Donald Trump's use of the band?s famous anthem We Are the Champions at the Republican National Convention was not cool with them.
The band used Trump's favorite social media outlet to address the issue, tweeting that it was ?An unauthorized use at the Republican Convention against our wishes."
Adam Lambert, the singer who has replaced deceased Queen singer Freddie Mercury for live performances was outspoken on the issue, saying, ?If your political party spends decades treating gay people as second-class citizens, guess what: You don?t get to use Freddie Mercury?s music at your convention,?
Lambert himself is openly gay, and Mercury was one of the first famous people to die from complications with AIDS.
