VIDEO : Comic Con Sees New Power Rangers Designs

Power Rangers is definitely trying to go for a modern look. The 1990's television show is being made into a film that is due out next year. The movie is trying to bring the franchise up to date for adult fans of the original series, while winning over new modern audiences. So at San Diego Comic Con on Tuesday, the producers of the movie revealed new costume designs for the film. The costumes kind of look like a Christopher Nolan Batman update of the classic Power Ranger suits. They have what appears to be metal armor that covers their entire bodies. The design definitely brings the action heroes into the twenty-first century. The film is due in March of 2017.
