Michael Moore is set to dazzle in Deauville, as the director will receive the first career tribute of this year's Deauville Film Festival. He follows in the footsteps of past honorees including Cate Blanchett, Jessica Chastain and Ian McKellan. As previously announced, the president of the jury will be former minister of culture Frederic Mitterand. Mitterand is also a tv and film producer and director. Past honorees at Deauville have also included director Michael Bay and producer Lawrence Bender, as well as actors Patricia Clarkson and Keanu Reeves.
