The forthcoming franchise sequel Jason Bourne starring Matt Damon (The Martian) and directed by Paul Greengrass (Captain Phillips) has been the center of significant attention leading up to its long-awaited theatrical release later this month. Jason Bourne marks Damon?s first time playing the film?s namesake since the release of 2007?s The Bourne Ultimatum; the last Bourne film that also featured Greengrass behind the camera, as it were. Whether or not the aging Bourne will prove to be an unstoppable force the fourth go around in theaters remains to be seen, but everything released thus far certainly paints quiet the thrilling picture of the events soon to unfold in Jason Bourne.
