TMZ revealed that an ?early fan rumor? about Calvin Harris? latest Rihanna anthem, ?This Is What You Came For? is true.
Taylor Swift was indeed the ?creative brains? behind the track. Not only that, but apparently Harris? behavior during the promotion of the single is what lead Swift to break up with him.
It's been revealed that, while Taylor wrote the song, Harris agreed to make the beat for it while Swift sang under a pseudonym.
Flash forward to the day the song was released on April 29th. Harris appeared on Ryan Seacrest?s radio show that day, where he was asked, ?Will you do a collaboration with your girlfriend?? Harris? response was, ?You know we haven?t even spoken about it. I can?t see it happening though? She?s about to take a long break, you know.?
Though they agreed to keep the collaboration secret, Harris apparently went too far in the interview and hurt Taylor's feelings, instigating the eventual break up.
