Looks like Nick Cannon has a new lady in his life!
A source tells E! News Mariah Carey's ex-husband has been spending time with TLC's Rozando "Chilli" Thomas.
"Nick and Chilli [have] been hanging out on the low," the insider said. "[They've] been friends for some time and just recently this summer they have been hanging out romantically."
The source also explained how the two work well together because they're both in the music industry.
