VIDEO : Ghostbusters Director Paul Feig Takes The Haters In Stride

Celebrity in this news:

Paul Feig the director of the "Ghostbusters" reboot sat down with CBS news recently to talk about the film opening tomorrow. When asked if the trolls and haters got to him, Feig said he understands why people are so emotionally invested in the story. Feig said the movie has already opened in the UK and he gets a ton of tweets talking about how great it is and that the audience seems to understand what he was trying to do. Feig was asked if he feels vindicated and he stated, "It's more just a sense of relief. I don't make movies to make trailers. I don't make movies to make internet clips. I don't make movies to make gossip rags. I just really, you know, make a movie for people to sit in them." Feig did say that he doesn't want to make any more reboots though because of the backlash, but then he joked and said he is going to remake "Back to the Future" just so people have something to complain about.
