The ladies of the music industry are ruling the Emmy nominations as two of the top artists in the business, Beyonce and Adele, take away some stellar nods for their work. Beyonce's visual album 'Lemonade' received nominations for outstanding directing and outstanding variety special. Adele follows suit as she earned nominations for her special ' Adele Live In NYC' including lighting direction for a variety special and outstanding direction for a variety special. Nice job ladies!
