On the third anniversary of Cory Monteith's death, actress Lea Michele paid tribute to her late boyfriend on Wednesday by posting a photo of Monteith by the ocean on Instagram with the caption, "We may not have gotten to share a lifetime together.. But the memories.. they're the best of my life.. Love you Cory." Monteith, who starred in "Glee" with Michele, died in a Vancouver hotel room from a lethal mix of heroin and alcohol on July 13, 2013.
