Netflix just picked up a new comedy called Disjointed which will star Kathy Bates. The marijuana themed workplace show will have 20 episodes in it's first season. Bates will star as a woman who is living out her dream of being a weed dispensary owner. She runs the shop along with help from budtenders, her son, and one very disturbed security guard, all of them high, all of the time. Pot comedies are hot right now after Margaret Cho was chosen to star in Amazon's "Highland", HBO just announced six episodes of a show called "High Maintenance".
