Actor Stephen Amell has been talking about working out a lot on his various social media accounts. The actor claimed to be getting into shape for his role of Oliver Queen in the CW's TV show, Arrow. Recently, in a facebook live chat, Amell promised to post proof of his workouts once he started filming the fifth season. He tweeted his proof with the caption: "Here's your S5 poster." Season four left off with Oliver Queen heading to Russia to free Taiana's villiage from unfair and oppressive rule.
