Jared Leto never actually arrived onto the set upcoming superhero film Suicide Squad. Thus is because the actor chose to use a method approach for his upcoming his psychotic role as the Joker. Apparently Leto never wanted the cast and crew to see him as anything other than the dark and twisted character. Although audience are still a month away from finding out if his performance is on par or surpasses the previous iterations of The Joker; Leto has the added pressure of following the late Heath Ledger, who posthumously won an Oscar for his work in Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight in 2008 in the same role. Leto recently told entertainment weekly, ?You?re kind of walking upon hallowed ground, and it deserves the very best that you can do. It takes over your life and that?s what I needed to do for myself.? Suicide Squad opens worldwide in 3D, and in 2D, and in select IMAX 3D theaters beginning August 5, 2016.
