Will Smith usually plays the good guy in films so it surprised some when he took the role of a cold blooded assassin named Deadshot in the forthcoming DC comics film, Suicide Squad. Smith said it felt good to not have to be the the good guy all of the time. Smith stated, ?I had never played a character that legitimately didn?t give a f?,? He told Entertainment Weekly. ?It?s very freeing not having to carry the moral spine of the movie.
