The 46-year-old pop star, the 48-year-old Australian billionaire and her 5-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe spent the Fourth of July weekend on and near the island of Capri in southern Italy and recently visited the island of Ponza. During their vacation, the group spent time basking in the sun on Packer's 280-foot mega luxury yacht, the Arctic P. They also dined on the shore and celebrated the holiday with music producer David Geffen , who arrived on his own yacht, The Rising Sun.
