VIDEO : Jay Z Releases New Song in Wake of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile Shootings

Jay Z released a new track on Tidal on Thursday following the deaths of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile. According to the rapper, "spiritual" was created "a while ago" and he never got to finish it. Jay also expressed his frustration about the recent shootings in a note shared on Tidal, along with a quote from human rights leader, author, and abolitionist Frederick Douglass.
