Reality star Kylie Jenner, is not happy with the grade her business received from the Better Business Bureau. Reports from the BBB gave Kylie Cosmetics' lip kits an "F" rating, stating that this lowest rating is a results from a numerous amount of complaints issued about the quality and shipment of the products.
