The 53-year-old actor had gotten the word 'Slim', a nickname for Amber, 30, inked on the knuckles of his right hand during happier times but after the actress filed for divorce in May, Johnny altered it to spell out 'scum'. In 1993, after he and Winona Ryder split, he changed his 'Winona Forever' inking to 'Wino Forever'.
