Tom Ford is in talks with hotelier Brad Korzen and interior designer Kelly Wearstler to purchase their seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom home nestled in Beverly Hills. The price for the home is a whopping $53 million. It is Set on 3.2 acres of manicured terrain which includes a main house, a two-bedroom guesthouse, a swimming pool, a tennis court, and large motor court at the entrance. Built in the 1960s by silent film star Hobart Bosworth, t it has also been once home to producer Albert R. Broccoli, and actress Diane Keaton.
