The One Direction singer became a father in January after former fling Briana Jungwirth gave birth to their son Freddie Reign and he has filed for legal and physical custody of the baby after Briana started being "inconsistent in giving Louis access", TMZ reports. It was previously claimed that Louis had been banned from picking up his son from his house after his relationship with Briana reached "rock bottom".
