J.K. Rowling has released the second installment in her series Magic in North America. The new piece, Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, gives the history of North America?s first European-style school of magic. The story starts in Ireland in 1603 with Isolt Sayre, a descendent of Salazar Slytherin who is orphaned, raised by cruel aunt and then escapes to America on the Mayflower in 1620. However, she quickly leaves the Puritans behind and sets out on her own where she befriends a magical creature, falls in love with a muggle and starts Ilvermorny.
