"Bridget Jones?s Baby" reunites Renee Zellweger and Colin Firth. Firth plays Jones love interest, Mister Darcy. In the years since the last movie, Jones and Darcy have broken up but still hold a torch for each other. Bridget finds out she is pregnant and either Darcy, or an American named Jack played by Patrick Dempsey, is the father. This sets the stage for a potential daddy war between Firth and Dempsey. Emma Thompson plays Doctor Rawling. Thompson also wrote the screenplay.
