Fans are even more excited about the film reboot of The Power Rangers after learning that Bryan Cranston will be joining the cast as Zordon, the disembodied head who serves as the mentor and leader to the Power Rangers. Many were surprised that Cranston chose to accept the role considering after Breaking Bad he pretty much has his pick of roles he can play. However, Cranston is excited about the role, not only is it somewhat of a homecoming for the actor who did some voicework for the Power Ranger series in the 90s, Cranston believes Zordon is a character with depth telling ET, "He still has a heart and mind, but an agenda that he?s got to get these five Power Rangers to defend the earth or else everyone they know will be killed.?
