Los Angeles - Taylor Lautner has joined the cast of Scream Queens. The Twilight Saga heartthrob will appear in season two of the Fox series as Dr Cassidy Cascade and took to Instagram to reveal his excitement. Season two of the show moves the action from a university campus to a hospital, where fascinating and bizarre medical cases are under observation. Season one stars Jamie Lee Curtis, Emma Roberts, Lea Michele, Abigail Breslin, Keke Palmer, Billie Lourd, Glen Powell and Niecy Nash are all set to return for the second series and Niecy recently revealed viewers can expect a ''darker'' tone.
