Michelle must have been feeling the effects of the recent heatwave, as the 29-year-old unveiled her flowy patterned maxi dress, turning her bare back to the camera in a coy playful pose. The actress credited her hair and makeup stylists in the post, which she captioned "Blue Lagoon."
