McGyver once made famous by Richard Dean Anderson. In CBS? reimagining of the franchise, which originally ran on ABC from 1985-1992, MacGyver is described as a young man who creates a clandestine organization within the U.S. government where he uses his extraordinary talent for unconventional problem solving and vast scientific knowledge to save lives.
