VIDEO : Alexander Skarsgård Reveals Secret to His 'Tarzan' Abs

Alexander Skarsgård made a visit to the Late Show with Stephen Colbert Monday night, and gave the audience some insight into his workout routine. Impressed with the Swedish actor's body in a clip from his new film 'Tarzan,' Colbert asked how he got into such great shape. Skarsgard replied, "We did it in phases. The first phase was three months of 7,000 calories a day and lots of weightlifting to get bigger. Phase two is less exciting. That's when they cut down the meals...six meals a day and more cardio to get rid of the fat. No fun for eight months."
