As Bay and his team gear up for production later this month, Laura Haddock has just announced her official involvement with the film, taking to Twitter to express her excitement. The thirty year-old English actress is best known for starring in Da Vinci?s Demons (as Lucrezia Donati). She also had a brief stint in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, appearing briefly in Captain America: The First Avenger, and later playing Meredith Quill, Star Lord?s mother, in Guardians of the Galaxy.here is no official word yet on who Haddock will be playing. Hopefully, however, as production gets underway in Cuba, we will begin to hear more official news and teasers from Bay and his team.
