Reality star Kylie Jenner is not only making mad profits off of her popular lip kits, the 18 year old is apparently trying her hand at flipping houses. Kylie purchased a 4,851 square foot Calabasas home about a year ago for $2.6 million and is now listing the newly-renovated spot for $3.9 million. Whoa, that'll be quite the profit for someone who can't even legally drink yet! Maybe her mom Kris Jenner was right when she said this could be a new hobby for Kylie.
