One day James Franco decided he wanted to remake the lifetime movie, "Mother, May I Sleep With Danger, but this time with vampire lesbians. Surely Lifetime would say no to this pitch, but alas they said sure thing Jimmy, we'll let you remake the movie. Franco called his writer friend, Amber Coney and she punched up a script that has little resemblance to the original movie but did in fact have vampire lesbians and all the campy trappings that goes with that movie trope. The head of programming at Lifetime, Rob Sharenow recently told a test audience that he loves the film and managed to compare it to an unforgettable classic. Sharenow stated, "It's the Citizen Kane of lesbian vampire movies." Tune in on Saturday, June 18th at 8:00 PM ET/PT, on Lifetime to watch James Franco and Tori Spelling in, "Mother, May I Sleep With Danger".
