CBS announced this week that former 'That 70's Show' star Wilmer Valderrama is joining the cast of "NCIS" as a character who's charismatic but unpredictable. In a statement Thursday, "NCIS" executive producer Gary Glasberg said fans of the actor will get to see him in a new light. Besides 'That 70's Show' Valderrama's acting credits include "Grey's Anatomy," ''Minority Report" and "From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series." On "NCIS," he'll reportedly play a field agent who resurfaces after a deep-cover assignment and has gone from stable to loose cannon.
