But after following a gruelling diet and exercise plan, the 35-year-old beauty has lost 60lbs and almost reached her goal. To get back in shape, Kim fought through early morning workouts with trainer Don Brooks and, under her Atkins diet plan, shunned pasta and grilled cheese.
