Actor Ed O'Neill shared an embarrassing moment on the Ellen DeGeneres show on Monday about how he met Britney Spears and didn't even realize it was her. The scene went down at LAX when Spears spotted O'Neill and gushed that she was a huge fan of his show 'Modern Family.' O'Neill being used to fans coming up to him was kind to the seemingly star struck young woman and snapped a picture with her before forgetting all about it. The next day, Britney Spears posted the picture to Instagram and that's when O'Neill realized who she was! He jokes about his unknowing expression saying, "Look at the look on my face. Do I look like I'm sitting with Britney Spears?"
