Taylor Swift is shaking off the dust after her recent breakup with former boyfriend Calvin Harris and is planning major renovations to her stylish TriBeCa penthouse. According to Page Six, the New York Department of Building has approved two permits allowing massive structural changes to the sixth floor and the building's penthouse, where Taylor calls home. The change up isn't cheap, bringing in a bill of a whopping $535,000.
