At Queen Elizabeth II's annual birthday celebration, rocker Rod Stewart was knighted by Her Majesty. The raspy-voiced singer of hits like "Maggie May" was honored "for services to music and charity." Now the 71-year-old can himself Sir Roderick Stewart. Royals honor public servants twice a year and most are not people who are normally in the limelight. There's usually a sprinkling of famous faces in the mix though.
