Heard is currently seeking a permanent restraining order against Depp. The source claims that money "is the lowest priority" in the legal battle that has begun. Depp's legal team has proposed a financial settlement of $50,000 a month in spousal support for the next eight months. Apparently Heard and her lawyers have not responded to the offer yet due to the inclusion of a mutual restraining order.
