Many people would give anything to look like Kim Kardashian West but realize that without a great deal of money for plastic surgery, that dream is more than likely unattainable. However, Kim K met someone that made the dream a reality. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star meets up with her friend Jonathan Cheban in a clip for a new episode and with him is a spot on look-a-like of Kim Kardashian. The woman's name is Kamilla Osman and was meant to be a "replacement Kim" for Jonathan after Kim K got too busy with her kids. Nice try, but the plan didn't work. Kim Kardashian says, " He can try all he wants to replace me, but he can?t!"
