The pair were rumored to have a "thing" not long after Kylie split from ex-boyfriend Tyga and while at the time Kylie and PartyNextDoor denied anything more than friendship a source tells US Weekly that the relationship has blossomed into more. ?They?re talking and texting nonstop,? the source tells US Weekly in the new issue.
