The 58-year-old presenter is the subject of a lawsuit from a business owner named Titi Pierce, whose company in Georgia, US, was named in a segment of the show titled 'What's Wrong With These Ads... and These Signs'. She says nobody has made the mistake in 35 years and she "suffered stress, emotional distress, embarrassment, humiliation, anger, and other mental pain and suffering" according to court papers obtained by TMZ.
