Amber Heard obtained a restraining order against estranged husband Johnny Depp in May. However Heard was herself arrested in 2009 for allegedly assaulting her then-girlfriend Tasya van Ree. An official with the Kings County District Court said that Heard appeared for a probable cause hearing on Sept. 15, 2009, adding that the case was ?filed as an assault.? Heard was accused of grabbing and hitting Van Ree in the arm while they were at the airport.
