Singer Nelly Furtado surprised fans on Monday this week by streaming a cover of Calvin Harris' hit track Feels So Close. The 'I'm Like a Bird' songstress' acoustic rendition of the DJ's 2012 track is the first newly-recorded music she's shared with fans since her album 'The Spirit Indestructible' LP was released over four years ago. Recently, Furtado has teased fans that she had finished recording her sixth studio album in February. Taking to her Facebook page, Nelly announced on Monday, "I originally did a live version of this Calvin Harris' cover Feel So Close at a radio station in 2012 which was posted on YOUTUBE. The 37-year-old singer/songwriter went on to explain that she decided to share the song on music-streaming service Spotify because they are "very artist friendly" and pay musicians well for their work.
